Processing Times:
Please allow 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for the processing of all orders, unless it's a pre-order then 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing time may vary due to a high volume of orders or during the holiday season and can require up to 18 business days if a pre-order. It is important to understand that processing time is different from shipping time. For example, if you select two-day shipping when placing a pre-order, this does not mean your order will ship within two business days; it must still undergo the processing phase.
Order changes or cancellations are not permitted once your order has begun processing.
In some cases, our system may flag orders as fraudulent. Such orders will be immediately canceled and refunded. We may contact you for further information to verify your identity and validate the transaction, allowing you to retry the purchase subsequently.
